  • What’s inside your products?
    We only use natural, organic and sustainably sourced ingredients. Every product page outlines the exact ingredients we use for each product and if it’s a product being used on your hair or skin, we have cosmetic safety reports and safety data sheets available on request.
  • Who can use your products?
    We design our products to be used by anyone as they are all non-toxic but we recommend adult supervision for anyone under the age of 18
  • How should I store your products?
    All of our products can be kept at room temperature and we recommend keep the wax melts out of direct sunlight.
  • Are your products vegan?
    Yes, all of our products are vegan
  • Are your products natural and organic?
    Yes, all of our products contain natural organic ingredients
  • Are your products tested on animals?
    Absolutely not! Unless you consider Liam an animal… then yes, we test all of our products out on him
  • I have a business, can I sell None More Black products?
    We are always interested in supplying our products with retailers who have physical locations. If you’re interested in buying from us wholesale, please contact us by clicking here
  • Where are the products made?
    Everything is made by hand in Oxfordshire
  • Why is there white marks on my wax melts?
    You may have received a wax melt that looks like this... This is known as 'frosting' and is very common on any products made from soy wax that are dyed a non-natural colour. Unfortunately, there isn't anything to prevent this from happening unless we use paraffin wax which is a big no no for sustainability. It's unpredictable and doesn't happen on every batch. The good news is that it's purely cosmetic and doesn't impact the performance of the wax melt at all. We think the white bits actually look quite gnarly like the Misfits skull or something out of a Rob Zombie movie. I'm sure you'll agree, it's a small price to pay for being kind to our planet.
  • Where can I buy your products?
    You can purchase our products on our None More Black website, the Fisher Family Company Etsy store, the Fisher Family Company Amazon store, the Fisher Family Company eBay store and selected physical stores around Oxfordshire.
  • How do I place an order on your website?
    Head over to our shop by clicking here, click on the image of the product you're interested in and then either click ADD TO CART, BUY NOW to start the order process. If you're using an iOS device, you can also BUY WITH APPLE.
  • What happens after I've placed an order?
    As soon as you have completed the checkout on the site, you'll be sent to a thank you page which contains a summary of your order and your order number. You will also receive an email confirming the order. Beard oils and wax melts are delivered within 1-3 working days and clothing takes slightly longer as it is printed on demand, this takes 3-10 days.
  • Do you have a physical shop?
    No but we do supply several Oxfordshire based stores with our products and we are open to stock any other businesses who have physical stores. For more information on this please contact us here
  • Who do I contact if there's something wrong with my order?
    You can contact us at any time by using the contact form here or by calling +44 (0) 1295 957 895
  • Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
    We may be able to change order details if we haven’t already dispatched the item. If you contact us by using the form here or by calling +44 (0) 1295 957 895 as soon as you can, we’ll do our very best to change the order details for us.
  • My order will be a gift, can I have a gift receipt?
    Unfortunately we’re not setup to send gift receipts at the moment but this is something we’re aiming to introduce ASAP. At the moment we only send receipts to the person paying. We do however sell gift cards which you can send directly to the recipient and they can come on to the site and buy their own item.
  • How do I use an offer/discount code?
    There is a section to enter the promo code in the cart and during the checkout. Once you have entered the code, it will remain in your cart until you complete the order or until the code expires
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order as long as we haven’t dispatched the item. If you contact us by using the form here or by calling +44 (0) 1295 957 895 as soon as you can, we’ll do our very best to cancel the order for you. Please be aware though that we aim to dispatch all item the same working day so be quick!
  • I can’t find my order confirmation, can you help please?
    Sure. The easiest way to retrieve you order information is to log in to your account by clicking the account icon in the menu. From there you can select ORDERS from the dropdown menu and your order information will be displayed. If you checked out as a guest and do not have your email confirmation available, please contact us and we will resend the email confirmation to you.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes we do. You can buy gift cards here in amounts of £10, £25, £50 and £100
  • How much is delivery?
    UK Only Standard Delivery (1-3 Days For Beard Oils & Wax Melts, 3-10 Days For Merchandise) £0.99 on orders £0-£30 FREE on orders over £30 IMPORTANT - Due to complications with import taxes and duties, plus the additional carbon footprint international deliveries generate, we have decided to ship to UK addresses only. If and when we can overcome these complications and we can comfortably offset international delivery footprints, we will review our decision.
  • How long does delivery take?
    UK Only Beard Oils & Wax Melts - 1-3 Business Days Merchandise - 3-10 Business Days All merchandise is printed on demand which takes longer than stock items. Merchandise is also dispatched separately to stock items from a different warehouse so will not arrive at the same time as any stock items. IMPORTANT - Due to complications with import taxes and duties, plus the additional carbon footprint international deliveries generate, we have decided to ship to UK addresses only. If and when we can overcome these complications and we can comfortably offset international delivery footprints, we will review our decision.
  • I’ve placed an order, where is it?
    We aim to dispatch orders the same working day that you ordered so 9 times out of 10 it will be on it’s way. To confirm the status of your order, log in to your account and click on ORDERS. The status of the order will be highlighted there.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    We may be able to change order details if we haven’t already dispatched the item. If you contact us by using the form here or by calling +44 (0) 1295 957 895 as soon as you can, we’ll do our very best to change the order details for us. Please note that if the item has already been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • What is your returns policy?
    We accept any unopened, resellable items back within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be returned complete with packaging and unused.
  • Can I return my product?
    Of course! You can return any unused product within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us here and we will arrange the return for you.
  • How do I return my product?
    Please contact us here for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and then we will issue a returns address label for you to take to the post office and pay for the return postage. Please note that the cost of returning the item is down to you and we recommend using a tracked service.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.

    No, we do not collect personal data to share with other companies. We do however, as detailed in our privacy policy, use cookies on our site that are provided by 3rd parties such as Google and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) to enable us to accurately market our products to their users.
